Information Collected for Services

For our professional design services, we collect:

  • Contact Details: Name, corporate email, and phone number.
  • Project Assets: All the assets shared by the client and created during the length of the project, including but not limited to References, Wireframes, Previous Design Project Files, Company Logos, Brand History, Financial Data (for particular projects), and Internal Project Briefs, etc.
  • Communication Logs: Record of revisions and feedback provided during the design process.

How We Use Service-Related Data

  • Project Fulfillment: To execute design concepts, manage workflows, and project pipelines.
  • Access for Clients: To provide secure areas for file sharing and project updates.
  • Contractual Obligations: To ensure the terms of our Design Service Agreement are met.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Given our focus on high-end professional services, we maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public business information shared with us. We do not disclose draft versions to third parties without express written consent from the original owner or person in charge.

With the client’s consent, we share finished, non-confidential project data as our portfolio sample on our website and on some portfolio-sharing social media platforms like Behance.

ARGD Store – Privacy Terms

This section applies to users purchasing digital templates, assets, or any other downloads through our online store.
